Why we lift

Muscle is the asset
that compounds.

Your retirement account can buy comfort. It can't help you stand up from a chair at eighty. Muscle is the one investment that pays out in capability.

Muscle is more than aesthetics

It's strength, resilience, and the foundation of everything you do.

Muscle builds longevity

The more muscle you have, the better your body functions, recovers, and ages.

Muscle creates independence

It allows you to move well, live on your own terms, and take care of the people you love.

Muscle supports a healthy life

It improves metabolism, protects your joints, balances hormones, and reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Do the work now, so your future self can live strong and free.

What you get

Everything, the day you join.

No drip-feed, no waiting. The whole programme unlocks at once and stays yours.

18 coached sessions

Six weeks, three a week, 20–45 minutes each. Every set, rep and rest interval written out — you never open the app wondering what today is.

57 movements, cued

The full library. Two or three cues per movement, the way a coach says them mid-set, plus a swap for when the kit is taken.

Built for real gyms

One kettlebell, a weight plate, some dumbbells. If a piece of kit is busy, every movement has an alternative.

The eating framework

Five principles, a worked week, a shopping list and protein portions in hands. No calorie counting, no forbidden foods.

Progress that sticks

Tick each session off as you go. Pick up exactly where you left it, on any device.

Yours for good

The method

Build muscle. Build freedom.

Six weeks, three sessions a week, eighteen coached workouts. Every one adapted from a session Mari has actually filmed and trained.

  1. Foundation — weeks 1 & 2

Positions before load. You learn the shapes with a weight you could do three more reps with, then repeat the week with one extra round.

    • Full Body Power circuit
    • Weighted core, 45s on / 15s off
    • The kettlebell flow
  2. Build — weeks 3 & 4

Plate complexes and landmine core enter the rotation. Week 3 adds weight, week 4 holds that weight and takes the rest away.

    • HIIT plate circuit
    • Landmine core and legs
    • Dumbbell upper body
  3. Peak — weeks 5 & 6

Movements chain into complexes — one bell, no rest inside the set. Then you deload and retest week 1 to see what actually changed.

    • Eight kettlebell complexes
    • Core density work
    • Retest and compare

Who's coaching you

Teacher by day. Lifter by trade.

Mari Grossi is a weightlifting L1 certified coach, a hybrid athlete, a full-time teacher and a mom of two. She built her strength in the margins of a genuinely busy life — early mornings, school terms, two kids — which is exactly why her programming assumes you have a life outside the gym.

Her training is hybrid by design: heavy barbell work for the strength that keeps you independent, plus the conditioning that keeps you capable. No crash cycles, no punishment, no thirty-day fixes.

  • Weightlifting L1 Certified
  • Hybrid athlete — strength + conditioning
  • Teacher, mom of two
  • Chasing RX, better every day

The strongest investment you'll ever make is in yourself.

Questions

Before you join

What exactly do I get?

Eighteen coached sessions across six weeks, a 57-movement library with coaching cues and equipment swaps, and the eating framework with a worked week and shopping list. Everything unlocks the moment you pay, and it stays yours.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. Week 1 is deliberately one round short of hard and teaches the shapes before it asks for load. If you already lift, start at the weight that challenges you — the programme scales by load rather than resetting you.

What equipment do I need?

One kettlebell, a weight plate and a pair of light dumbbells cover most of it. A landmine and a medicine ball appear in a few sessions, and every one of those movements has a written swap if your gym doesn't have them.

How much time does it take?

Three sessions a week, between 20 and 45 minutes. It was written inside a full-time teaching job and two kids, so it assumes you have a life outside the gym.

Can I do it at home?

If you have a kettlebell and some space, most of it works. A few sessions use a landmine or a bench, and those have substitutions written in.

Is there a refund?

Fourteen days. Train it, and if it isn't for you, email Mari and she'll refund you in full. No form to fill in.

Is the nutrition part a meal plan?

It's an eating framework rather than a prescribed plan — five principles, hand-sized portions, a worked example week and a shopping list. Mari is a certified weightlifting coach, not a dietitian, so it's written as education. If you have a medical condition or a history of disordered eating, talk to a qualified professional first.
